This website lets you request and manage reservations at Vereda Adentro. For questions about your data, email adentrovereda@gmail.com.

Reservation data

We store your name, phone number, email, date, time, seating area, number of guests, notes and reservation status. The authorised Vereda team uses this data to manage your reservation and send related updates. The delivery status of those emails is also recorded.

Your data is stored on the website’s infrastructure, hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. Google processes emails sent through Gmail.

Gmail connection

Only Vereda’s authorised email account can connect Gmail. The application verifies that account’s identity and address and requests permission to send reservation emails on its behalf. It does not request access to read the inbox or contacts.

The connection permission is stored encrypted on the server. It is used to send reservation-related updates. Data obtained from Google is not used for advertising or sold. Information received from Google APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: Google User Data Policy.

The account owner can revoke the connection through their Google account permissions. The website will then no longer be able to send emails through Gmail; saved reservations are not deleted by this revocation.

To view, correct or request deletion of reservation data, contact adentrovereda@gmail.com. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your reservation notes.
